Representing the UK in the Netherlands

Liz was proud to represent the UK at the first Fanfare Repertoire Festival, Akousticum, the Netherlands, where some of the country's most eminent musicians came together to discuss this most important of musical genres, generally known and loved mainly in the Netherlands and Belgium. She was asked to talk to about her collaborative brass band work and a new piece for fanfare band, Serenade, was played out in the festival's repertoire session, prior to embarking on a major new commission next year.
