Family ensemble Corde di Gioia will premiere excerpts for Liz's newly written song cycle Brightest Day a Cloud at a charity concert, Classics for Peace, as part of the Haderslev Festival on 2 May 2018. Corde di Gioia, a family trio of Maria and two daughters Anna and Guily, perform on a variety of instruments and voice, and the music was written especially for their diverse ensemble. They will be giving all proceeds to Médecins sans Frontières.
The world premiere of the complete song cycle will take place at a lunchtime recital in the Holborne Museum, Bath, on 18 September 2018.
