Recording released of Robin Robin on Steven Mead's UFO album

Robin Robin is featured on Steven Mead's new album with the Brighouse and Rastrick Band and David Thornton

UFO is released today and includes a vibrant and diverse selection of virtuoso euphonium music. Robin Robin is one of the slower numbers, recorded in June with Liz present. The music was originally a song recorded for charity by Belinda Evans and Stephen Marquiss. It was then arranged for euphonium and piano at the request of David Thornton, and premiered by him in Malta with subsequent performances in the USA and UK. It was also performed by John Storey in the USA and has since entered the repertoire of conservatoire euphonium players. Robin Robin is published by Kirklees (euphonium and piano) and Composers Edition (euphonium and piano, euphonium and orchestra).
