Members of Lydbrook Band conducted by Ian Holmes performed a short excerpt from Innovation 216, which will be premiered at St George's Bristol on 27 November 2016. Tracing the history of Bristol's aeronautical industry from the Bristol Boxkite through Brabazon, Britannia and Concorde, the new work will be performed by 270 musicians. 'Landscapes' and 'Shadow cast by the sun' from 'Rhythm of Light', recorded by Hepworth Band and conducted by Ryan Watkins, will be broadcast on Radio 3 Sunday 29 June. 'Rhythm of Light' was commissioned in 2021 to celebrate the life and work of sculptor Barbara Hepworth.
